Outlook Express v 4.0 Outlook Express v 5.0 Problems with ISPs

This will help you set up your account through Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Express.

Before setting up you should have the following information about the E-mail account:

• Email address (e.g. johnsmith@cravenplan.co.uk)
  
• Account name (e.g. cravenplan_johnsmith)
  
• Password
  
• Your ISP's outgoing mail server (SMTP) (e.g. smtp.freeserve.com)
